Ordering

How do you ship chocolate and candy during the spring/summer season?

During the hot seasons, we package our shipments with insulation and gel packages to ensure the freshness and quality of the candy. All orders will be express delivery and reach you within 2 days. Orders will ship only Monday through Wednesday. Therefore, we will not ship on Fridays, to make sure nothing melts over the weekend and non-business days. 

What do I do if my candy arrives melted or damaged?

If this happens, we are very sorry and will do everything to make sure you got what you ordered. To ensure that your candy doesn't melt, we will package it with ice packs and insulation to reduce moisture and heat. 

However in the case that it does arrive melted, send a photo to our Customer Service Team at gretelscandy@gmail.com within 24 hours of the package being delivered. We will be happy to send you another package or give you online store credit. 

How will I know when my order is shipped?

We will send you a confirmation and tracking email to allow you to follow your candy. Allow up to 2 days of minimum processing time in addition to the transit time. 

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use USPS and UPS Carriers with 2 day shipping after taking up to 3 days to process the order.

What is your return policy?

We to provide you with the freshest and highest quality candies. However, due to the nature of our products, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or exchanges, and all food item sales are final. Please review our no return policy below:

  1. Perishable Nature of Candies: Candies are perishable items that are subject to spoilage, melting, or deterioration, especially in certain weather conditions. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for candies that have been opened, used, or consumed.
  2. However, if you did receive a melted product you are able to receive a replacement or an E-Gift Card for future purchases if you send a photo to Gretelscandy@gmail.com within 24 hours after recieving the product.
  3. Food Safety Regulations: In compliance with food safety regulations, we are unable to accept returned candies as they cannot be restocked or resold due to health and safety concerns.
  4. Hygiene and Sanitation: For hygiene and sanitation reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on candies, as we cannot verify their condition once they have left our premises. We prioritize the safety and well-being of our customers.
  5. Shipping and Handling: We take utmost care in packaging and handling your candies to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, we are not responsible for any damages, breakages, or melting that may occur during transit. Please refer to our shipping policy for more information.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

There is FREE shipping after spending $70 or more. Any orders below $70, the shipping cost is $4.95 USD and can take up to 4-7 business days of transit.

Do you ship overseas?

No, we do not ship overseas/internationally.
